Delivery and Returns

Overview

Apex Rx Pharmaceuticals works to ship orders quickly, pack them securely, and keep communication clear. This page explains delivery timing, shipping updates, and how returns are handled. Policies may vary by destination, product type, and order history.

Delivery

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time can be longer during high volume periods, holidays, or when additional order verification is required.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
Shipping options are shown at checkout. Carrier selection may vary by destination and package size. Tracking is provided once the shipment is created.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location. Estimated transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and can change due to weather, service disruptions, or peak shipping seasons.

Tracking Updates
Tracking information is sent by email after your order ships. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to display movement, depending on carrier scan activity.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact support as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order is packed or shipped.

Undeliverable or Returned to Sender Packages
Packages returned due to an incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped after confirmation. Reshipping fees may apply. Refunds, if approved, may exclude original shipping charges.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package appears lost, contact support with your order number. We may open a carrier claim when appropriate. Replacement or refund decisions are based on carrier results, tracking data, and delivery confirmation.

Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the exterior box, shipping label, and internal packaging right away. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and help resolve the issue.

Returns

Return Eligibility
Returns are considered on a case by case basis. Due to the nature of our products and quality control standards, some items may not be eligible for return once shipped or opened. Contact support before sending anything back.

Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may be declined.

How to Start a Return
Send an email to support with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not ship items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, unless the return is related to damage or an error on our part. Returned items may be inspected before a refund is issued.

Non Returnable Situations
Returns are generally not accepted for:
Opened items or items with broken seals
Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
Orders placed in error or due to customer preference changes
Clearance or final sale items, if identified as such on the product page

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds
If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take 3 to 10 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Apex Rx Pharmaceuticals or a confirmed shipping issue that qualifies for a refund. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Exchanges and Replacements
If an incorrect item was shipped or an order arrives damaged, we will work with you on the best resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include replacement shipment, store credit, or refund.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. If cancellation is approved before shipping, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
